You also should expect that how you apply for jobs after the 12 Lessons will be qualitatively different from how you are applying right now.

Every lesson is immediately applicable to your job search. You can use it right away. If you apply the material I teach, from Day One, you will start to notice an improvement in your job search. And if you are desperate, we need to get started right away!

I have had other clients who have found, interviewed and been hired by the 5th lesson of the program.

That being said, I do make minor adjustments to lesson order and content, allowing it to align with helping you succeed at your new job while simultaneously preparing you for the next transition or promotion!

This is because the lessons are designed to give a compound knowledge and mastery over yourself and the skills of career transition, like interviewing. I am committed to giving you the maximum benefit with this information. For that reason, I am strategic in the order of the lessons.

Along the way, I do individualize your learning, and if it makes sense to share some information earlier, I do.

But my preference is for a program and a process. My reasons are couched in the analogy of putting out fires. When you move from fire to fire, you tend to spread out your energy and decrease your effectiveness.

Effective, systematic, and organized approaches will always succeed over putting out fires.

What I understand most are human beings, their minds and behavior. That is my field. I understand the psychology of success and the veritable dance between job seekers and hiring managers. Those are my intuitive gifts and talents, and I master those.

I trust you to be the industry expert, and I will help you discover answers and gain that knowledge if you need it. While there is industry specific knowledge, and you might think I need to be the expert, I can surprise you by how adaptable I can be in learning.
