Elevated Gratitude
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I wanted to share some thoughts about how gratitude has impacted my life.
If you’ve viewed many of these videos, you know I talk a lot about the coach I hired for myself, and how it impacted me. One of the daily habits I adopted was Gratitude. Every day, I wake up and write down 10 things I am grateful for. This helps me strengthen the habit of looking for the good in the world. When that focus is strong, the negative things in our life fall away.
